Shipping Policy

We want to provide quality products to every bowler, near or far, which is why we offer shipping )to anywhere in the continental US)) on any ball after it's drilled for a nominal fee of $5. This simply helps offset the cost of storing additional boxes, tapes, and delivery to the nearest UPS location.

Return Policy

At Critical Roll Bowling Supply, we strive to provide you with products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Bowling Balls:

Drilled bowling balls are not eligible for returns or exchanges, once the holes have been fit to meet your specifications we cannot take the ball back.
If there is an issue with a grip size we do provide one (1) free exchange to an alternate sizing.
Undrilled bowling balls can be returned as long as they have not been discontinued by their manufacturer.
If there is a manufacturer defect we will assist you in getting the appropriate refund, repair, or replacement from the manufacturer.

Bowling Shoes:

Unworn shoes can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. As long as they have not not been discontinued by their manufacturer.
If there is a manufacturer defect we will assist you in getting the appropriate refund, repair, or replacement from the manufacturer.

Bowling Bags:

Unused bags can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. As long as they have not not been discontinued by their manufacturer.
If there is a manufacturer defect we will assist you in getting the appropriate refund, repair, or replacement from the manufacturer.
